inquiry without the consent of the customer (except as required by
subpoena or other legal process or in the case of imminent physical
harm to the customer or others). When Smart401k uses agents, contractors
or other companies to perform services on its behalf, Smart401k will
require that they protect your personally identifiable information
consistent with this Policy.
Responses to E-mail Inquiries: When Visitors send e-mail inquiries
to Smart401k, the return e-mail address is used to answer the e-mail
inquiry we receive. Smart401k does not use the return e-mail address
for any other purpose and does not share the return e-mail address
with any third party.
Improper Conduct: Smart401k may use customer identifiable information
to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity or activity
that threatens the network or otherwise violates the customer agreement
for service.
Updates: Smart401k may amend the Privacy Policy from time to time.
These changes will be posted online and take effect as soon as they
are posted.
